Galapagos Islands
1st – 8th Aug 2022

The Galapagos Islands, off Ecuador, are one of the world’s best wildlife destinations. Join Simon for an island-hopping adventure to view and swim with the most iconic animals from the archipelago.

We’re embarking on a land-based journey around the Galapagos Islands for a wildlife-watching and photography adventure. We’ll be staying in nice accommodation each night, but exploring the islands every day by foot, vehicle, or boat.

This trip is being run with our UK-based partners Aqua-Firma, with their director Ralph Pannell joining Dr. Simon Pierce from Nature Tripper as a co-host. Ralph has been working in conservation and travel in Ecuador for more than 20 years, and Simon has worked in the islands since 2014 as a shark scientist and photographer.

We’ll also be utilizing the skills of Galapagos-based guides to help search for giant tortoises, marine iguanas, hammerhead sharks, sea turtles, blue-footed boobies, sea lions and lots more!
